Hi my name is Nicole and I am a Newfoundlander abroad in Toronto. I'm originally from St. John's and moved to Toronto after graduating with my B.Comm from MUN in 1994. I work in marketing and advertising in Toronto but also worked in Calgary for a couple of years. Luckily I found a network of Newfoundland friends in both locations. I've found that it is really great
to have close friends who are also from Newfoundland as they feel like my family away from home and they understand my yearning for fresh air and an occasional touton. I also like that I can say "This is Mike Critch for the VOCM News Service" and we somehow find it very funny.
